Domestic U.S.
Domestic US orders will be shipped via USPS.
Free Standard Shipping for orders $150+
Orders below $150 - Shipping will vary based on weight and location of the shipping address. To estimate shipping and tax fees select state and zip code upon checkout.

International
International orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL Worldwide.
Free Standard Shipping for orders $250+
Orders below $150 - Shipping will vary based on weight and location of the shipping address. To estimate shipping and tax fees select state and zip code upon checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 48-hours from the time the order was received. Unless otherwise stated. Upgrading to overnight or expedited shipping will not expedite the processing time. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative option at checkout. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the follow business day. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

PREORDER

For styles listed as preorder, please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated on the product description. Preorder styles are NOT expedited when purchasing a faster shipping service. Your order will be shipped out as soon as they reach our warehouse.

SHIPPING TERRITORIES

We ship orders to all US states and territories as well as international. International orders can not be shipped via expedited shipping methods such as Next Day or 2 Day.

DELIVERY DATES

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. For a guaranteed delivery date, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge. All orders are charged at the time the order is placed even on delayed shipping or preorder styles.

SHIPPING STATUS

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any back-ordered or canceled styles will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Order History." You may also email hello@krma.com, in subject line include "Shipping Status," and in the body write your name, email used at checkout, and your order number. We will respond to your email in 24 hours.


KRMA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE EXCHANGED.
