As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.
Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from KRMA.
All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. PRE ORDER items are not in stock and will ship on estimated posted shipping date.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery and Debit Cards. Payment is only debited from your card when merchandise has shipped. PAYPAL is also accepted please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
At KRMA, your personal online security is VERY important to us. We use a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through our secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will save time and have peace of mind by not having to enter them again during future purchases.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes, apart from in the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.

KRMA is currently obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York, Kentucky, and Nevada addresses. Each state's tax laws specify what purchases are subject to sales tax. The sales tax quoted at checkout is only an estimate. The final total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice and will include state and local taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees.
No sales tax is charged when purchasing e-gift cards; however, purchases paid for with e-gift card credits may be subject to tax.
All purchases must be made through our website or our mobile apps. We like to keep it quick and simple.
For items that are in our warehouse, KRMA offers four shipping options for U.S. domestic orders:
Standard - $10.00 Domestic U.S. Orders under $100.00
Expedited (2-Day) - $15.00
Overnight - $24.95
We currently use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our shipping carriers.
Next day Air - Orders must be placed by 11 A.M PST for next day delivery.
For international orders, KRMA offers $20.00 flat-rate shipping to most countries for orders under $200.00. Additional delivery charges may apply for large or heavy items.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from KRMA to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and confirmed by tracking, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after your merchandise has shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order that contains all additional items.
Your order is being processed as quickly as possible in order to insure customer satisfaction; therefore, there is a limited period of time that you are able to cancel your order.
After you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation email that your order has been received. All items are charged immediately including preorder sales.
In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, you will receive an email from our customer member team and will only charge your credit card for items in stock.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence on actual shipping date, KRMA is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
PREORDER items will ship according to estimated dates. In the event of a delay customer will be contact via e-mail.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details along with a tracking number. Registered members will be able to view and track the status of your shipment online.
Merchandise is only eligible for exchanges or store credit in a form of a gift card.
DAMAGE TO ITEMS BY CONSUMER
Please note that bandage items and other delicate material used in our garments are not subject to returns or exchanges if they are damaged while trying on. Please ensure accurate sizing is chosen. If an item feels like it does not fit please do not force it otherwise it will damage the item and we will not accept returns or exchanges on it.

Orders are processed immediately. "In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time, but you can always email to make a return or exchange once your order has arrived.
STORE CREDIT/ GIFT RETURNS
If you return an item and do not want an exchange, you will be issued an online gift card. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is available. Gift cards expire within one year from the date of issue.
Same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return the KRMA merchandise for store credit or an exchange.
Making an Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Specify the exchange item and the new color or/and size on the return/exchange mail and email to email@example.com. Include the request in your return package as well. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by KRMA, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard USPS Delivery.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing. Exchanges may take up to 6 weeks for processing if item is unavailable and requires production on it.EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.
International orders must INSURE packages and ship with tracking.
Pay the exchange shipping fee for domestic orders.
20% restocking fee is applicable on certain items.

To register at KRMA, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require the billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
